Andrew Peterson and Spencer Dent kicked off Win Loss Summit by highlighting some of the biggest difference makers they have seen in how companies win and lose based on their experience growing Clozd and managing win-loss programs for hundreds of the winningest B2B brands in the world.
Andrew Peterson is a co-founder and Co-CEO of Clozd, the leading provider of win-loss technology and services. Prior to founding Clozd, Andrew spent 8 years at Qualtrics, a research technology company that was acquired by SAP in 2018 for $8 billion. During his tenure there, Andrew was an instrumental sales leader who eventually founded and managed the Qualtrics XM Directory product. He was also integrally involved in Qualtrics’ internal win-loss program. That initiative kickstarted his passion for reinventing the win-loss space and the founding of Clozd.
Spencer has extensive experience helping companies grow their revenues through global expansion, product line extension, and operational efficiency. He is the co-founder of Clozd, a premium win-loss services provider. Prior to Clozd, Spencer worked at Qualtrics where he was instrumental in defining its growth strategy and scaling global sales and marketing operations. Before Qualtrics, Spencer worked at Bain & Company, where he led projects that spanned Bain’s strategy, salesforce effectiveness, go-to-market, customer experience, and performance improvement practices. Spencer holds an MBA from Duke University’s Fuqua School of Business and a bachelor’s degree in finance from Brigham Young University.
