With 25 years of sales and sales leadership experience, Rob has successful experience in every part of the sales process. He has led large, publicly-traded sales teams, and he has worked with young companies chasing their first Million in sales. He has sat in nearly every sales leadership position and has learned that how you lead is your most defensible competitive advantage.

Rob Is the founder and Managing Director of the Jeppsen Performance Group. In this practice, Rob and his team help sales leaders in companies worldwide make how they lead their teams their most defensible competitive advantage. He does this by developing leadership systems, individual and executive coaching, the creation of Sales Leadership Assets, group training, and a private community for sales leaders he manages.

Xvoyant’s technology drives transformation across sales teams by powering 1:1 meetings with sales leaders and salespeople.
